Brewer's notes: Where we ship, how long it takes, and the parts of the world we have to leave out.
1. Zones and timing
United Kingdom — 1 to 3 business days via Royal Mail or DPD.
European Union — 3 to 5 business days via tracked carrier.
United States — 7 to 12 business days via UPS or USPS.
Canada — 7 to 14 business days via Canada Post.
Australia and New Zealand — 7 to 14 business days via Australia Post / NZ Post.
2. Blocked destinations
We do not ship to: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, North Korea, Syria, Cuba.
These restrictions reflect a mix of local prohibitions on brewing intent and applicable UK / international sanctions.
3. Australian customers
Australian biosecurity (DAFF) requires plant-origin ingredients (malt, hops) to be declared. We attach the required documentation, but clearance is at the discretion of the Australian Border Force.
4. Customs and duties
International orders may attract customs duties or import VAT in the destination country, charged on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.
5. Lost or delayed parcels
Email support@obanalesco.com if your parcel has not arrived within the published window. We investigate with the carrier and re-ship at no charge once a parcel is confirmed lost.
