1. How we use AI
We use machine assistance to help draft, translate and lay out portions of our Field Guides and product descriptions. All recipes and brewing instructions are reviewed by a human with brewing experience before publication.
2. Recipes are guidance
Brewing is a biological process. Our recipes are starting points calibrated against our trial cellar and may need adjustment for your equipment, water and ambient temperature.
Hygiene, fermentation safety and the sensory judgement of when a batch is safe to drink remain your responsibility.
3. No medical or legal advice
Nothing on this Site is medical, dietary, financial or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate, especially regarding alcohol consumption, allergies, or commercial brewing licences.
4. Errors
If you find an error in a Field Guide or recipe, email support@obanalesco.com and we will correct it. Significant corrections trigger a re-issue of the affected PDF.
